1. Purpose and access

Lead Intelligence is a private application for organizing company and domain information, maintaining CRM records, and monitoring system operations. This installation is intended for the owner and users expressly authorized by the owner. Public registration and subscription sales are not offered.

2. Responsible use

Users are responsible for the lawful collection and use of data, the accuracy of their records, and protecting their access credentials. Unauthorized access, circumventing source restrictions, malicious activity, and unsolicited bulk messaging are prohibited. Public company information should be verified before business decisions are made.

3. Email connection and notifications

Users may connect only accounts they are authorized to manage. Gmail is connected through Google OAuth. In the current version, this authorization is used for operational reports to the owner. Sending commercial outreach and reading incoming mail are not part of this feature.

Google authorization can be revoked in Google Account settings. Delivery depends on the availability of the application, network, and external services; delivery times and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

4. Data

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Working records and reports are accessible in the authenticated workspace. Users should verify automated check results and account for incomplete monitoring coverage.

5. Application development

The application is provided in its current state and is developed in stages. The owner may change features, perform maintenance, and restrict access. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
